Who we are

CalendPro is a scheduling tool that lets you publish a booking link so other people can reserve time with you. This policy explains what data we handle and why.

Information we collect

  • Account data: your email address, display name, username, timezone, and optional bio.
  • Scheduling data: your event types, weekly availability, and the bookings made with you.
  • Booker data: the name, email, and answers submitted by people who book time with you.
  • Google Calendar data: if you connect Google Calendar, we access your busy/free times and create or cancel events for your bookings.

Google Calendar access

When you connect your Google account, CalendPro requests these scopes:

  • calendar.readonly — to read your busy times so you are never double-booked.
  • calendar.events — to create, update, and cancel the calendar events for bookings made through CalendPro.
  • openid, email, profile — to identify which Google account is connected.

We only read calendar information to compute your availability and only write events that correspond to a booking or an event you explicitly create in CalendPro. We do not read event contents for any other purpose.

CalendPro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use your data

To operate the service: show your booking page, calculate available slots, record bookings, and sync events to your calendar. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train machine learning models.

Storage and security

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security so each host can only read their own records. Google access and refresh tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser.

Revoking access and deletion

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Integrations page, which deletes the stored tokens. You can also revoke access from your Google account permissions page. To delete your CalendPro account and all associated data, contact us and we will remove it.
