Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CalendPro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Your username forms part of your public booking URL and must not impersonate another person or organisation.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use CalendPro to send spam or to collect data you are not entitled to collect.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, bookings, or calendar connections.
• Do not reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.

4. Calendar connections

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. When connected, CalendPro reads your busy times and writes events for bookings. You may disconnect at any time; existing calendar events are not automatically removed.

5. Availability of the service

CalendPro is provided "as is" without warranties. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for missed meetings, lost bookings, or downstream losses arising from use of the service.

6. Termination

You may stop using CalendPro at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security or abuse risk.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above; continued use means acceptance of the revised terms.
